Vacation Rental Apartments

A vacation rental apartment is a single unit of a multi-family structure, which is normally located in a more urban area. The Property Managers of a vacation rental apartment is frequently not the owner of the structure that it is located in, but instead holds a long term lease on the apartment. A Vacation Rental Apartment will usually have one or two bedrooms, with a smaller kitchen, one or two bathrooms, a small living area, and possibly a small dining area, which is sometimes combined with the kitchent or living area. The Vacation Rental Apartment shares the common grounds and parking of the structure, and may have access to entertainment facilities, such as a pool.

Condo Vacation Rentals

A condo, or Condominium, rental is a single unit of a multi-family structure, which is normally located in an urban or suburban area. The single unit is owned by the individual who makes the condo available for vacation rentals, while the structure that the condo is in is owned jointly by the owners of each unit. The grounds and entertainment facilites around the structure, such as pools or tennis courts, are available to all of the residents of the stucture, including the vacation renter.

Townhome Vacation Rental

A townhome rental is a dwelling that may be rented or owned by the person making it available for rent. Usually located in an urban area, a townhome shares one or more walls with adjacent dwellings in the same structure and occupies two or three floors of the building. The townhome vacation rental will normally have from one to three bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, and possibly a dining room.
